Passion for artisanal tiramisu in Malaga

The story of Tiramisur begins in March 2025, in a very intimate and authentic setting: a gathering of friends and former colleagues, all of Italian origin from southern Italy. The get-together took place at Simona's house in Torremolinos (Málaga), and, as expected, it ended with a homemade tiramisu prepared by her.


It was at that moment that Antonio, the other partner and a great fan of this dessert, launched an idea that would mark the beginning of everything: to create a business specializing in tiramisu.

The origin of an idea with an Italian flavor

From this initial moment, the idea was received with interest and, in the following days, a process of reflection and analysis was carried out by both partners, who shared a great passion for cooking in general and especially for the gastronomy of their country.


After a period of market research and feasibility study, the joint decision was made to move forward with the business project.

From idea to business project

Once the decision to launch the venture was made, the months of April, May, and June of 2025 were crucial. During this period, the partners dedicated themselves entirely to the development of the project.


They worked on finding the premises, on the administrative and legal planning, and on creating a solid business plan that would shape their vision: a space dedicated to artisanal tiramisu in Malaga.


At the end of June, they found the ideal location in the city center, which was a major step forward. From there, the negotiation phase and the planning for the renovation of the space began.

Design, work and construction of the concept

With the location secured, the next steps focused on transforming the space into what is now Tiramisur. Quotes were obtained, the construction was planned, and the conceptual design of the establishment was developed.


The company was formally established in September 2025. At the same time, the partners independently designed the layout of the premises, adapting it to their needs: a functional space with its own workshop and customer service area.



The execution of the work was a process in which both were fully involved, actively participating in key decisions such as the selection of materials and the monitoring of each phase.

Opening and birth of Tiramisur

Finally, after months of work and dedication, Tiramisur opened its doors on December 19, 2025.


That day marked the beginning of a very special project: a pastry shop specializing in tiramisu, with its own production and a clear identity based on artisanal, authentic, and Italian flavor.


Today, Tiramisur is the result of a simple idea that, with effort and passion, has become a reality in the center of Malaga.
